Where does the booked interview happen?
The interview is at our virtual classroom. After you schedule an interview, you can enter the classroom before the interview to test your device before you begin. Be sure to test your device beforehand because we also evaluate your device to determine if your internet connection is capable of maintaining a smooth 30-minute connection with our servers.
Why are the interview and demo class important?
The interview or the demo class are very important because, along with your qualification, we decide whether you will be admitted to ESITY's team.
What do I need to show during the demo lesson?
You will need to show how well you can explain activities to students, how you can get complete answers from the student, your language teaching skills and your time management. Also go through all class materials and prepare well because it is very obvious if you have never seen them before and it could lead to failure of the application process.
There are no interview slots available. What should I do?
If you cannot find a free spot for the interview, please contact us about this with 2 desired interview times in next 7 days.
How does an interview look like?
Fill in the Application form and choose your desired interview time according to our calendar. We will meet for about 30 minutes where you show your teaching skills to an ESITY recruiter.

- Prepare and practice with demo lesson materials.
- Teach from a place with good lighting and background.
- Good internet connection.
